I am investigating the murder of a young man, Joseph Adetula, that occurred at approximately 8:40 P.M. on July 4th,2005 Tulsa Oklahoma USA.Joseph was shot to death while walking in the area of 5700 N. Frankfort Ave. Tulsa Okalahoma USA He was only eighteen years old. I would greatly appreciate any information that you may have pertaining to this case,I know many times that people are reluctant to come forward with information because they are afraid that they will have to testify in court.
